When you log in to Haahtela TVD® for the first time, you must activate the ID and set a password for yourself.

This article walks you through step-by-step activating your username.

Step 1

When you are added to Haahtela TVD®, you will receive an e-mail from noreply@haahtelatvd.fi:

Confirmation should be made 24 hours after the link is sent to your email. If the link has time to expire, contact servicedesk@haahtela.fi and we will send you a new activation link.

If the activation is successful, you will be notified in the browser

Step 2

After clicking the Close button, the program will ask for your e-mail address to which a password change link will be sent:

Enter your email address in the field provided and click the Order New Password button. 

You will receive a confirmation of a successful submission:

Step 3

You will receive the following e-mail from which you can set your password by clicking Reset Password or copying the link in the message to your browser:

Enter the password of your choosing twice and click the Submit button.

The password must be at least 10 characters long and contain numbers, lowercase letters, uppercase letters, and at least one special character.

The program will confirm the successful password setting and with the Close button the program will take you to the login page and you are ready to start using the program.

Finally, you can log in to the program with your email address and the password you set at https://haahtelatvd.fi:
